To Shawn & Family, our deepest condolences in the loss of James. We knew James for many years and especially enjoyed his company out on the golf course at Sunnydale where he was greatly missed after he moved to the Okanagan to be closer to his family. He will always remain in our thoughts and hearts. He was a good man.

I’m so sorry for your loss Shawn …very fortunate I am to have met and known James, he was an outstanding person in my life and I’m sure in many other’s . With a heavy heart, my deep condolences to all loved ones and family. Bless you James, always remembered.

I was the fortunate woman to be James’s Mom. What an honor and privilege it has been! James was a wonderful Son to raise and later in life a man to be proud of! He was a kind and gentle person who loved to golf, ride his bike and enjoy nature.He loved animals and birds and a rainy night complete with a thunderstorm and lightning. He was a honest person who loved his family and his many friends. His sense of humor was a joy and with his four Brothers, over the years we shared many memorable and fun filled times! He will never be forgotten and he will remain in my heart forever.

Our hearts are with you now. James was a very kind and gentle soul and we enjoyed his company very much. It has been very special for Kris and I to get to know the Cook family better since Renee and Duane were married. We always enjoyed the conversations with James and yourself, Shawn. James was a wonderful man and the love between the two of you was always so evident. We will miss him and pray that God graces your journey with compassion.
