Ron was born and raised in Ontario, leaving home at a young age to start his journey in Western Canada.

He lived in Calgary for 24 years.  Always putting heart into his work, Ron was able to excel in any job he had.  Working in Seismic and Explosive Companies in the oil industry led him to his occupation as a Concrete Pump Truck Operator where he found a Team that he was very proud to be part of.   His outstanding work ethics and loyalty earned him the respect and friendship of all the people he worked with.

The highlight of Ron’s life was the birth of his daughter Jordyn in 1998.  Family and the love of his family meant a great deal to him.

Ron’s enthusiasm for outdoor adventure led him to BC where the Shuswap people and lifestyle brought out the best in him. Spending time with his friends sledding and quadding in the mountains, and fishing on the lakes, became his passions.

Ron will always be remembered for his sense of humor and consideration for others.  Stories and memories will be shared for years.
