A Celebration of Life will be held for Mildred Ekren on May 21st, 2016 at the Elk’s Hall, 3690 30th Street NE, Salmon Arm, at 2.00 pm. Friends of Mildred and who all knew her are welcome to come and share some memories.
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved wife and mother. Born in Sangudo, AB to Fred and Mary Greenwood. She is predeceased by her brothers Larry and Harvey.
She married her loving husband Ole Ekren in 1955.
Mildred will always be remembered as a lovable and doting mother to her children Roger and Carol. She is survived by her husband Ole, daughter in law Tammy, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A celebration of her life will be held in the spring 2016.
The family would like to thank all the special people who assisted in our time of need.
