  1. Sorry about John’s passing. A great guy and team mate. I always get a chuckle when I recall how John would tell a joke, how he would start laughing before delivering the punch line…Laugh in Heaven John!!!

  2. So sad to be informed of John’s passing. A good friend and fellow rugby teammate on and off the field. Many hours spent in Ex-Brits Clubhouse, road trips, racquetball and family socials. Always, expecting the latest “Reader’s Digest” joke told his way. John, not only made you a better player with his playing style on the field and his friendliness, sense of humor and caring off the field made anyone in contact with him a better person. So sorry for your loss Alison and family. Grier and Sandra Goldsby

  3. Our deepest sympathies, Alison and family.

Always remember John’s quick wit and kind heart.

  4. Tough man on the Rugby field but a gentle heart off the field. There isn’t an Ex-Brit around who wasn’t influenced in a positive way by John. Proud to have called him my teammate.

  5. So sorry on the sad news.I will miss both of you.
