at the age of 86 years
Edna was predeceased by her son Jimmy and is survived by her daughters Gail (Odell) Hindbo, Atlin, BC and Janet Hindbo, Salmon Arm, BC; son Don (Patricia) Hindbo, Salmon Arm, BC; three grandchildren Coady (Beth) Hindbo, Brandon (Kate) Hindbo, Sarah (Jeremy) Pringle; four great grandchildren Wyatt, Lane, Finn, and Connor as well as her sister Gudrun Kure of Spruce View, AB.
Edna enjoyed gardening and crafts very much and you would often find her seated in her corner of the craft room at Pioneer Lodge or out in the gardens.
The family extends a very special thank you to the staff of Pioneer Lodge for their kindness and care for Edna.
Edna’s ashes will be interred at the family plot at the Dickson Alberta Cemetery later in 2017.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Good Samaritan Canada, Pioneer Lodge, 1051 6th Ave. NE, Salmon Arm, V1E 0A6.
