King, Ronald Albert “Ron”

KING, RON wJune 29, 1952 – March 19, 2014
at the age of 61 years

Ron passed away suddenly at home March 19, 2014 at the age of 61 years, due to an existing heart condition.

He was an incredible, loving husband to Nicole and a wonderful father to Pat (Luanne) King and their three children of Logan Lake, BC and James King of Abbotsford, BC.  He will also be remembered as a most annoying younger brother to his sister Jacqueline (Bob) Beagle of Mossleigh, AB and brother Michael King, of Lethbridge, AB.

Words cannot express the sorrow his entire family is going through.  He leaves many friends from all walks of life.

He will be loved and missed eternally.

Cherish the Love, Cherish the Life.

  1. We could never have asked for a better “next door neighbor!” Whether it be sharing stories around the fire, taking down dead trees or asking Ron’s advice about vehicle issues, Ron has always been there for us. He and Nicky have shared in our children’s successes and watched them grow…the past 15 years we have enjoyed their friendship. It is with great sadness and sorrow that we realize that the shop door that was always open to us will not house Ron and his “Mojo radio” you were taken way too soon! …rest in peace Geezer.

  2. He will always be known as “Rocket” to me. A great sense of humour and a great person. I will certainly miss him.

  3. It was with great shock and sadness that we found out that you had passed. Our condolences and sympathies go out to the King family. I have many many great memories of our friendship and the years that we worked together. Ron was always the first to lend a hand and give all he could to make this world a better place. You had a wicked sense of humour and you used it daily when we were together, either at work or just visiting and hanging out. You will be missed by all who knew you.

  4. Have just learned of Ron’s death from a phone message from Mike.
My condolences to Nicole & family as well as his sister and brother and their families

  5. Never have enough time to spend with the ones we love. All we can do is remember the time we had, our prayers and thoughts are with Pat, Luanne, Jamie and the King family. I pray time will help you heal.

  6. I will dearly miss Uncle Ron. He gave me my favorite childhood toy “sharkie”. I still have him. There are so many memories he was the funniest guy! Uncle Ron can get drunk and sleep in my closet any time! miss ya
