Sebastian, Robert “Bob” William

SEBASTIAN, ROBERT WILLIAM 189-16December 31, 1940 – June 27, 2016
at the age of 75 years

A celebration of Robert’s life will be held on Sunday, July 3, 2016, 2:00 pm, at 1350 TCH, Sorrento, BC.

Robert, who lived 75 years of a fabulous life, left us on June 27, 2016, to join the “Antique Car Club” in the Sky.

Now that I’m gone, there’s a slim chance you “pickers” may have an opportunity to get one or two good buys. You boys know who I’m talking about.

Bob was born in Brandon, Manitoba where he met the love of his life, “Miss Canada” contestant, Alice Trefiak. Fortunately, he had a cool car, so Alice agreed to date him, the rest is history.  Theirs’ was the true love story.

After 48 years of a wonderful marriage, Bob leaves behind his loving wife, Alice, and his amazing children, who made him so very happy, Richard and children Dean, Amie and Olivia;  Christine (Irwin) and son William; Sheila and sons Mikey and Robby; Bobbi-Lee (Jamie); Jill (Ken) and son Adrian; as well as his Grand-daughter Dog, “Bella” and his favourite feline daughter “Missy”, who will walk all over his  new Show Car without worry of being scolded.

He also leaves many friends, and in particular one very special friend “Gary Koo”, who visited him in his “shop” to talk about cars, collectibles and man talk in general.  He always welcomed everyone to come and share a drink and a good story.

We will all miss you and remember you forever as a kind and loving man.
