at the age of 84 years

Celebration of Verla’s life will be held Saturday, January 25th, 2014, in the Banquet Room of the Schubert Centre, Vernon

We are saddened by the loss in this life of Verla Levain Babcock. She was a devoted wife to her husband Dale who predeceased her in December of 2011.She was born in Biggar Saskatchewan on August 20th, 1929 and passed away January 9th, 2014 in Vernon, BC at the age of 84 years. She left behind her two daughters, Tracie Savage and Marla Kelly, both of Vernon and 5 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren.

Verla was an avid volunteer and gave her time freely to the Vernon Jubilee Hospital Auxiliary as well as to the Cancer Society, as well as volunteering in memberships at the Schubert Centre.
