   I’m so sad to hear of Dana’s passing. He was such a sweet guy, with a great sense of humor.

   Dear Mavis,

   I am so sad to say goodbye to such a lovely soul. I will truly miss his big heart and beautiful spirit. He always left me smiling when he stopped by the hearing clinic. My heart goes out to you and your family.
