Bell, Clifford John

January 23, 1940 – September 13, 2023
at the age of 83 years:

Clifford John Bell was born January 23, 1940 in Salmon Arm, BC and passed away on September 13th, 2023.

Clifford attended school in Nanaimo to become a licensed mechanic before returning home to Salmon Arm to begin his career at City Motors then Braby & Miller. In 1960 he married his love of his life Darlene. Together with his wife of 62 years they bought their home on Okanagan Avenue and raised their two children. He went on to co-own Mitchell’s Auto Parts (which later became Napa Auto Parts) and NBR Distributors. Clifford loved fishing and camping, as well as woodworking and creating things for his family through ‘Cliff’s Jelly Bean Toy Factory.’

Clifford will be lovingly remembered by his wife Darlene; Children: Glenda (Jim) and Terry (Sandy); Grandchildren: Lindsey (Jesse), Renaye (Tyrel), Chrissy (Cary), Cody (Paula), and Riley (Alajiah); and Great Grandchildren: Brynne, Emry, Tell, Gemma, Ross, Miles, Margaret and Clifford.
