Celebration of Life:  Saturday, August 29th, 2015, 1:00 p.m., 5th Ave. Seniors Centre, Salmon Arm

It is with profound sadness the family of Al Bingham shares his sudden passing. A wonderful husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend taken too soon.

Al is survived by his wife Jill, son Richard (Amy) grandchildren Theo and Greta, daughter Tonya, grandchildren Teren, Nalayia, Jakob, daughter Candace (Jeff), and son Bryan (Lisa). Also surviving is his mother Gladys Bingham, sister Dianne (Blaine), nephews Michael, Chad, and Ryan, brother Brian (Lori) nephews Colby (Ashley) and Reece.

Al grew up in Salmon Arm where he lived and worked. His first job was at the A&W then on to the Noca Dairy. For a short time he worked laying floors. Al worked for 25 years plus as a crusherman at Salmon Arm Ready Mix. Recently he went into business for himself becoming a well-respected Strata and Property Manager in the area.

  1. So sorry to hear about Al. My daughter and I lived in Salmon Arm for a brief time and Al found us a house for rent. He was very professional and very good with us… a very nice person.

  8. Al was in the truest sense of the word a well-respected individual. He came to our rescue several years ago when we were searching for a trust-worthy and reliable strata manager. He filled those shoes and more. Always smiling and always looking out for our best interests. There will never be another Al, as I’m sure all who knew him and respected him will attest to.

    My thoughts and sympathies go out to all his family members at this most difficult time. The world is a better place because of him.

  22. We are all very saddened by Al’s passing . Our thoughts & Love are with all of the family. He was my first nephew to be born . Al always had a big hug and smile for me. The little things that make a Auntie feel special.Al was a true family man not only with his own family but with the extended family’s. He always had time to pop in and visit Grandma Viv even when very busy. We are very grateful for His life and time with us.
