It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bill Andrew Fish on April 21, 2023 in Salmon Arm, BC.  “Billy” was born January 3, 1953 in Cuckfield, England to George and Gladys Fish.  Billy leaves behind the love of his life Arlene married 43 years, son Michael (Breanna), daughter Lindsay (Kyle), Auntie Di, his beloved grandsons Ryan and Brantley as well as many extended family members.

Billy was predeceased by his parents George & Gladys, brother Richard and sister Mary.  He lived most of his beautiful life in Abbotsford, BC.  Bill and Arlene moved to Salmon Arm in 2002.  Billy was a lineman for B.C. Hydro for 33 years which then lead to him owning and operating Glenn Power Contractors for the past 15 years.

He was known for his love of golf, soccer and hunting; he shared his love with his children which lead to him coaching Lindsay’s soccer team and many rounds of golf together.  Billy also had many wonderful and eventful hunting trips with his son Michael filled with memories.  Billy was known to never miss aa hockey/lacrosse or baseball game of his grandsons near or far.  One of Billy’s biggest accomplishments was being a father, his kids Michael and Lindsay always saw their dad as a superhero and as adults will continue to see him that way.  He will be greatly missed beyond words by all who were lucky enough to know him.  He was a loving, caring and characteristic man.  Gone too soon.
