  1. My heart is saddened in hearing the news that your Mom and my very dear friend, confidant and partner in crimes of laughter has passed away. I will treasure every memory I have of her and the times we spent together, the many skills she taught me, and the spiritual lessons and support that she shared with her warmth and love. Her generous outpouring of help to me and everyone around her, that was in need ,was always given with humility and a depth of understanding that comes from our creator. I will never forget her love and kindness to me as her friend and her little Italian girl from another mother. She helped me through some very difficult days. I know that she is now in the arms of your Dad her beloved, resting peacefully and probably doing what she does well, worshipping our Lord. I look forward to meeting her again! God bless you all John, Mike, Paul, Ron,Steven, David. Hugs.

  2. So many fond memories that have become a foundation for our life as a young family. We continue to cherish the outpouring of love, grace and service we saw to those who came to know both your mom and dad. We are all so much more richer because of them. From our family Bruce, Vicki, Alexandria, Nathaniel and Matthew to yours.

  3. Heaven grows sweeter every day.
My deepest condolences to John, Mike, Paul, Ron, David, Steven and families on the passing of your dearest Mom. She so loved, prayed for, and was proud of each of you.
Verlie had a real impact on my life and lovingly left a rich deposit. She was a spiritual mentor and loving friend. I will forever be grateful to have known and been loved by her. That impact extended to Stan, Chad, and Jayda as well. I have a storehouse of wonderful memories and photos that I’ll forever treasure.
I’m so glad she is no longer suffering and that she’s reunited with your sweet Dad (who she missed terribly)….safe in the presence of the Jesus she knew, served and adored.
Verlie was beloved by many and will be forever remembered.
May you know God’s true comfort, abiding and grace as you grieve and remember.
Take care of one another for her.
I send you all my love and prayers,
    Lori
