Janice passed away suddenly at home in Salmon Arm, BC at the age of 66.

Janice was born in Winnipeg to parents Lawrence and Ann and grew up wrangling her brothers Larry and Al.
Janice was a passionate teacher and was dedicated to improving the lives of children all over Manitoba. In 2001, she moved with her family to BC and became a full-time restaurateur. She loved working at the family lemonade stand at events all over the West.
Janice was a best friend to everyone she met. To meet her was to love her. We will miss her big smile and even bigger hugs.
Inurnment will take place at her favourite church in Caliento, Manitoba in the autumn.

Russ and I were in shock today after Kayley told us our dear friend and neighbor had passed away in June. Greg, Tyler, Lindsay, and Kayley our deepest deepest sympathy to all of you. Janice was a beautiful kind human inside and out and the world has lost an angel. It’s time for a visit. Many many hugs to all.
I am very saddened to learn of the sudden passing of Janice, and I am so very sorry for your loss. Janice has left you far too soon and will be dearly missed.
I worked along side Janice in Kindergarten at Prince Edward School. Her students adored her! Janice was a kind hearted, positive, fun-loving and caring teacher & colleague to all she worked with.
Janice spoke often and lovingly about her family and shared many joyous stories with me about life in general.
I am thinking of you all. I will remember Janice with gratitude, and I am sending my deepest condolences to your family during this most difficult time.
May warm memories of her comfort you in the days ahead.
