Johnston, Aeneas “Gerald”

May 28, 1940 – August 11, 2018
at the age of 78 years

With heavy hearts, we sadly announce the passing of our Dad, Gerry.
Gerry was born at St. George, PEI and passed away at Kamloops, BC.  He is survived by his three children Laurie(Brad), David(Cathy) and Sandra, his grandchildren Robert, Kevin, Katy, Nick and Colleen, his great grandchildren Chance, Grayson, Taydem and Aleigha, his siblings Larry(Maryanne), Emily and Geordie(Gail) as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
He will be sadly missed by all.  Rest in peace Dad, we love you.

  1. Walt and I will miss Gerry so very much. Walt for the card games, for myself, our connection through our shared children, our many Doctor visits with breakfast or suppers included. I was so happy to still be involved in his life and our continued harmony within our family. Not many divorced people can say this and be proud of still being friends. May you rest in peace, Gerry. Your leaving was too soon for all of us.

  2. A lot of great laughs, fun times and great conversations we had with Gerald. A great friend is what he was. Our sincere condolences going to all the family. We sure will miss his phone calls.

  3. Am very sorry for your loss.Jerry was a kind,caring man.He had a wonderful sense of humor.Though I had not seen Jerry since he left PEI I thought of him and his laughter so very often.Rest in Peace Jerry and may you and Jake enjoy your time together again.

  5. My condolences to the family. I only know Mr Johnson fromJade Mnt Fas Gas when he would stop in for gas . But he is someone l will never forget . He is one of the kindest , most sincere person I know always had a smile and a friendly hello.So sorry for your loss
