Keehn, Dale Alfred

November 30, 1939 – September 24, 2023
at the age of 83 years:

We are saddened with the recent passing of Dad on Sept 24, 2023 at Vernon Jubilee Hospital, at the age of 83. Dad was a quiet, gentle, kind and loving man who always took time to help, offer advice, or lend a hand in any way he could. He very much enjoyed time spent with family and friends, whether it was just a nice relaxing visit and maybe a few drinks, or a camping or hunting trip in the great outdoors.

Dad loved doing anything outdoors whether it was chopping wood, snow mobiling, building some sort of project, working on a vehicle, or just enjoying the quiet of a peaceful fishing lake. He absolutely loved it all.
Dad also had a great sense of humour and he was always chuckling about something or making some sort of joke. Our favorite as when he called himself “Dorothy Domestic.” He usually saw the bright side of things and just carried on as best he could. We feel very blessed to have been able to call him Dad, and Grandpa, and we will miss him dearly.
Predeceased by his wife Donalda, twin brother Dwane, brother Ron, and his mother and father. Dad is survived by his children Derrick (Carol) Kheen, Dean Kheen, Annette (Arnie) Blain, Kathy (Brad) Handel, also eight grandchildren, Dustin, Stacey, Kalee, Amanda, Dallas, Trista, Kelsy, Kristy and five great grandchildren, Hudson, Oliver, Nylan, Emery and Elias. Also survived by his sister Rayma (Will) Roth, brother Blair (Cheryl) Kheen and sister Margo.
There will be no memorial service at Dads request.
