Millwater, Kelvin Carson William

September 1, 1986 – April 8, 2017
at the age of 30 years

A celebration of Kelvin’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 6 at the White Lake Hall.

Born in Salmon Arm on September 1, 1986 we are saddened to announce his unexpected passing on Appil 8, 2017 at the age of 30 years old.
Kelvin was predeceased by his father Terry Millwater and leaves his grieving family:  two beautiful daughters Peyton and Alexa Millwater; mother Theresa Millwater; sister Crystal Stewart; brother in law and best friend Randy Every; loving nephews Guage and Dexter Stewart; his beloved dog Cheko; aunts; uncles; cousins and all his buddies from work.
Kelvin lived in Salmon Arm all his life attending school and playing sports. Kelvin would compete in pitching competitions which he would win for his speed and accuracy.  At a young age, Kelvin chose to be a goal tender in hockey.  All the early morning practices payed off!  Kelvin and his team won Bantam A Provincials!  Dirtbiking was a weekend sport spent with the family.  Kelvin graduated from Salmon Arm Senior Secondary School.  Growing up and working in Salmon Arm, Kelvin met Sarah and had two precious daughters whom he cherished.
You were taken too soon and will be missed so much!   Love Peyton, Alexa, mom, Crystal, Randy, Guage, Dexter and Cheko.

    I knew Kelvin and Crystal when they were very small, and Haley spent many holidays in Salmon Arm with all of your family. This is heartbreaking when so much more life was left to live for Kelvin.
    To Theresa….no words can take away your pain of losing a child. But please know our thoughts are with you and your family.

  4. Kelvin you were my brother we have known each other scince grade 1. We shared so many great times growing up got to share the adventure of being parents at the same time, was very nice to share such an experience with a close friend. Love you always see you again in the future

  5. You were my best friend and my little brother, you were always there some people had started calling you my shadow, but I called it freindship. I was a very lucky person to have had the time we shared, my shadow still walks proud with me always there with me till I see you again little brother.
