It is with great sadness that the family and friends of Deb Nesseth announce her peaceful passing surrounded by family at Shuswap Lake General Hospital in the early morning hours of Sunday, 29 June.
Deb will be forever loved and missed by husband Arne, daughter Jennifer, step-daughter Niki and step-son Jason, sister Suzanne and brother Kevin, half-sister Gail, dearest friends Kay and Tracy, faithful dog Shiloh, as well as many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews,.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Juliann Aitchison, MJ from Community Care, and the staff at Shuswap Lake General Hospital for their support and care during Deb’s courageous, brief, and fierce battle with cancer.
There will be no formal service at Deb’s request. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shuswap Family Resource and Referral Society.
We will miss our neighbour, Deb, and especially her emails to me. You are in our hearts, Arne.

Arne, while we do not know you and your family well, we are part of that community of McGuire Lake dog walkers and were sorry to read that Deb had passed. We are thinking of you at this difficult time and wishing you well. Cindy and Don.
To Debbie’s family I would like to express my condolences, I had the honour of working with her at the Family Resource Centre, she was a mentor to me! I ate my first avocado with her. I wish you all the best and will miss her very much, I can still hear her laugh echoing in the hallway!
