at the age of 77 years:
We are sad to announce the passing of our mother CHERYL AGNES ROGERS, nee: Fuller on July 22, 2023, at the age of 77 years in Salmon Arm, BC where she resided in her final years at Hillside Village (Good Samaritan Society).
Mom had suffered with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy with which she had been diagnosed in 2016.
Mom was predeceased by her husband of 42 years, William Lewis Rogers (February 20, 2022). She is survived by sisters Gwen (Wayne) McCarger and Sylvia Bayne, children Leona (Shayne) Cameron, Juanita Post and Lawrence (Christine) Bursey, grandchildren Nicole (Ian) Roebuck, Robert Cameron, William Cameron and great grandchildren Shawn, Matthew and Elizabeth Roebuck.
Mom will be remembered for her great intellect, humour and many talents which were showcased at Salmon Arm Farmers Market (Cheryl’s Herb Garden). Mom enjoyed her careers with the Provincial and Supreme Courts, Ministry of Forests and H&R Block.
Mom will be interred at the Shuswap Memorial Cemetery in July 2024.
