She was a devoted mother, sister, & friend known for her strong work ethic, sense of humour, & love of dogs. Throughout her life, Dawn was an active swimmer, gardener, & reader.
She is survived by her sister Marie, children Brandi(Matt McAllister) & Travis(Kelsey Granger), & grandchildren Kiara, Cason, & Emerson, who will forever cherish her memory. Her legacy will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
My sincerest condolences to Dawn’s family. Her family lived next door to my family in Hope, and she was one of my first friends. I was saddened to learn of her passing.
I know we drifted apart, but you were always my best friend when we were growing up. You will be missed my friend Rest In Peace
Dawn, I have fond memories of our highschool days in Hope; your beautiful smile, warmth, and wonderful laugh will not be forgotten. Rest in sweet peace. Condolences to family and friends.
I don’t even know how to explain the influence this beautiful woman had on me through some of the toughest adolescent years of my life.
Dawn, you will never be forgotten.
Like a second mother to me putting up with my Shenanigans and loving me all the same.
Brandi and Travis, love you both and I can’t imagine.
Know I’m thinking of you guys in this time of grief.
So many great memories, I’ll cherish.
This is heartbreaking news, I know you were such good friends Leona. Dawn was a beautiful person and I’m honoured to have been with her on graduation. She was fun loving, a fantastic swimmer and had a heart and smile of gold. I hope she was welcomed to heaven by open arms, RIP my friend.
