at the age of 77 years:
A memorial service will be held at Carlin Hall in Tappen BC on September 8, 2024 at 1:00 pm.
We are extremely saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Grandmother and friend Dianne Margaret Silvey (Saunders) at the age of 77 years. Predeceased by her parents Margaret and Del Saunders, Dianne will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Rhonda (Rick) Metz, Shannon (Rory) Roberge and her grandchildren Alexander, Dayton (Katie) Kat , Bryce (Mikaila) and great grandbaby Hallie. She was affectionately known as Grandma Di to her beloved chosen grandchildren.
Dianne grew up in Merritt and moved to Salmon Arm in 1981. She worked for many years at the TD Bank. Her house was her pride and joy. Many hours were spent planning unforgettable parties and celebrations there. She dedicated her life to her children, grandchildren and friends. She was very active enjoying cross country skiing, hiking and was always up for an adventure. Dianne found much joy in spending time with her close friends and her cat Roxy.
A heartfelt thank you to Dr Willms, palliative care nurses Erica and Jennifer and the pharmacy staff at Askews for their wonderful care and support.
A lovely lady in deed. It was a pleasure to know her. She will be missed. Good memories will comfort you now. ❤️
My sincere condolences to Rhonda and Shannon and family. Your Mom was a joy to work with at the TD bank.
Sending love to your family!

Will miss that beautiful smile and the laughter we all shared. Such a sweetheart of a person ❤️
