Margaret Smith was born June 28th 1923 in Edinburgh Scotland. She passed away April 21st 2017 in Salmon Arm BC at 93 years.
She married Lawrence Smith (predeceased) June 11th 1943 and adventured to Canada as a war bride, with two out of four Margaret leaves behind, Robert (Arlene), Donna, Wilf (Darlene), Allan (Lorraine), 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations to Shuswap Lodge in Salmon Arm BC would be apprciated, for all the care and hard work that all the girls did there for our Margaret. The family appreciates all your thoughts and support during this time.
A good neighbour, and friend after moving whenever I saw her in the the mall.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the whole Smith family. Margaret was a lively fun and special mom and friend to all. She was a little spitfire and will be missed by all that knew her. Love and hugs always
