Michael was born in Nelson, BC and passed away unexpectedly on May 6, 2013 at Chase, BC at the age of 24 years.
He was predeceased by his brother Danny and leaves behind his beloved Helen and unborn son, parents Rodger and Heather Spencer as well as many family and friends.
Michael enjoyed fishing, swimming, the great outdoors, sitting around the campfire and swimming with friends.
He loved his family and friends whom he devoted his life to.
A Celebration of Michael’s life was held on Sunday, May 12, 2013 at the family residence
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Michael’s name may be made to a trust fund set up for Michael and Helen’s baby at the RBC, Salmon Arm branch, Institution 003, Transit 04990, Acct. 5069497.

Im so sorry for your loss. I went to school with Michael and was devastated to hear of his passing.
