   I was the first person who reached Shelby the night of the accident. Please be reassured he was not alone during this devastating time. There were a number of people who stopped and helped in ways they could but I remained at his side holding his hand and talking to him as we waited for paramedics to arrive. Such a devastating reality when we found he had passed. Please accept my sympathies and reach out to me at any time if you need anything.
