Celebration of Life on Friday, Jan. 6, 2017 at 1:00 at the Shuswap Lake Estates Community Centre, 2404 Centennial Dr., Blind Bay.
Frank passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family on December 28, 2016 at the age of 66 years. He was born in Serra San Bruno, Italy on October 6, 1950.
He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years Wanda, sons David and Michael, daughters Brenna, Michelle and Reanna, 13 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Frank moved to the Shuswap in 1989 from Princeton, BC. He owned and operated Balmoral Store in Blind Bay from 1989 to 1995. He retired at 45, after selling the store and spent the last 21 years enjoying time with his family, traveling, playing poker, snooker, golfing, hunting and fishing. He was known to many through these hobbies, especially poker where he set up and ran tournaments for many many years for anyone interested in playing.

There will be a Celebration of Life on Friday, Jan. 6, 2017 at 1:00 at the Shuswap Lake Estates Community Centre, 2404 Centennial Dr., Blind Bay. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Frank’s name may be made to the Sorrento Drop-In Society, 1148 Passchendaele Rd., Sorrento, BC, V0E 2W0.

It is with great sadness that today (Jan29) we learned of Frank’s passing.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time as you grieve the loss of this amazing man.
We are also sorry we were not able to participate in his Celebration of Life on Jan 6 with his family and countless friends. He truly was a one of a kind individual that left us all with many warm and happy memories.
We only knew Frank for a few short years but the positive impact he had on our lives made it seem like we knew him a lifetime.
We particularly recall the many happy times we had at your home, and ours playing poker, the trips to Vancouver, the Okanagan, Salmon Arm and the House boat weekend, not to mention the countless tournaments he hosted for the enjoyment of all. But most important we also remember his incredible wit and humor that was so unique to Frank.
Frank will truly be missed by all who knew him.

Dear Wanda and Reanna, We’re so sorry to hear of Frank’s passing and your sad loss. We know what a huge hole he’s left in your family and are thinking of you during this so sad and hard time.
Great guy we have not kept in close touch for years but the news was just as sad. Remembering all the laughter. My dad and Frank are probably playing some sorta games up there watching over thier families. Did not make it to the celebration of life but still sending positive thoughts to Wanda and the family.

I am so sorry to hear of Frank’s passing, my thought’s and prayers are with you all. Frank was a rock for me and my children when my husband passed away many years ago and we lived on the same street in Princeton for so many years as well.
My thoughts are with you all at the time of Frank’s death. Life has one beginning and one end and a big journey in between. Frank had a good journey. I pray for that for us all.
