   Dear Linda and Family

   Al was a good friend of our Magna Bay Connolly family for decades.
   He was always personable and helpful. He was a pillar of the
   community and will always be remembered fondly.

   Al definitely was the heart of our community for so many years. He ought to have been…and indeed was.. the Mayor. Thanks Al for giving so much to us all.

   To Al’s family and his loving wife, Linda, our Deepest Sympathy. This one can’t be replaced! We met Al in the late 1990s when we first bought our retirement home in St.Ives. We learned he was a community man through and through. We can say our North Shuswap would not be what it is today without Al’s influence and support. Music, cars, real estate, many community projects/events and decision making groups have Al’s name all over it. What will we do without Al? Who will make us laugh and who will lend a hand for anyone who needs it? One thing for sure, Al will be remembered fondly and forever.
