He was predeceased by his father William and is survived by his loving family: wife Carol, son Ernie, daughter Angela (Tyler), grandchildren Jay, Jordon and Aubrey, mother Gertrude, brother Robert (Susan), sister Carol (Ken), brother in law Jay (Stace) as well as many nieces and nephews.

My sincerest condolences to the entire Cook family. While I only had to opportunity to know Ken and Carol for a brief period of time, their love and support for each other and their family touched me deeply.
