at the age of 95 years:
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joe Green on February 15, 2022, at the age of 95.
Joe is predeceased by his daughter, Barbara and is survived by Vi, his loving wife of 74 years, his sister Carol and brother Ted, his two sons Gordon and Jack, daughter-in-law Celia, six grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
He was a veteran of the second world war, a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, a gardener, a musician, an athlete, and above all, a loving husband and father.
Family and friends are invited to a “Celebration of Life” in his honour at the Legion in Enderby on April 8, 2022 at 2:00 PM
Also sure miss your beautiful music, playing the piano at the Shumway Lodge.
Hello Joe, did not know unto long, what I seen in u was a loving man, husband, father. So kind. Miss your smile, and refill of a cup of tea. You are and will be greatly miss.
