Sheila was a valued member of Cedar Crescent Manufactured home park since 2002. I got to know her in 2009 when I became manager of the park. She was an avid gardner and cook getting much produce out of her garden. She enjoyed fishing with Rudy and had good friends in the park. She was always friendly to everyone when I visited. She had faith in God and attended Five Corners Church. Her lively personality and strength for what she overcame in her life will resonate until I see her again.
