at the age of 75 years
Born in Calgary, Alberta on January 30, 1942 Marie passed away on February 28, 2017 in Salmon Arm, BC at the age of 75 years.
Marie was a long-time resident of Salmon Arm, BC and area.
She is survived by two sons Richard (Jennifer) Cloutier of Salmon Arm, BC and Dean (Georgina) Bellows of Revelstoke, BC, two daughters Deborah Cloutier of Salmon Arm, BC and Katy Cloutier of Lac La Hache, BC, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Marie Anne Bennet, Cloutier, Bellows, LaForge will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Marie’s family would like to extend a special thank you to Sherry from Interior Health, also to all the doctors, nurses and care aids of Shuswap Lake General Hospital and Bastion Place.
There will be no formal service at her own request.
Dear Grandma,
I remember going to Bingo with you in 1988 in Sicamous at the Red Barn eating Cheezies while Uncle Dean was calling the numbers. There was no guessing who won when you or or me got a Bingo!
I miss you and will always remember the good times we had together!
Grandma, as much as my heart aches that your gone I am glad that you are no longer suffering and your no longer in pain. Seeing you in pain was completely heart breaking and now your at peace. I thank you for everything that you’ve done done for me and the memories that we have had together and the smiles and laughter we had and your gentle warm hugs. I was glad that I was there when you went back to Peace and everything I was able to be there for you in the last 7 months that I had with you. It broke my heart to see how much pain you were in. I will forever miss you, but you go everywhere will be in your heart. Now you and Pebbles are together again just like when you first met! I love you Grandma. Rest Easy!!! Forever in my heart and now at Peace!! Love you always Grandma!!! Love your Granddaughter, Michaella Marie
