It is with our profound sadness we announce the passing of Elke Ilse Hanni Perry at the age of 70 years. Our beloved wife, mother, oma and sister passed away peacefully in her sleep Monday, November 11, 2019 at Shuswap Lake Hospital with loved ones by her side.
She was born March 1, 1949 in Barth, German. As a child she immigrated to Canada with her family where she would grow up and have a family of her own, who she would love unconditionally with every breath she took.
Elke was predeceased by her parents Otto and Wilma and brother Uwe. Left here to honor her memory are her husband Michael of 30 years, her children Brian (Kathleen), Bianca (Chad), sister Karin, grandbabies Shannon and Lincoln as well as numerous other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her memory to the BC Cancer Foundation or another charity of your choice.
