Dear Ida, Darleen, Lorne, and Phyilis,
Carol and I are so sorry that Bill has crossed over at such a young age, and his passing has left you in such deep pain. We grew up with Bill in Salmon Arm and spent many good times with him in the Rocky Mountain Rangers Militia unit. In our hearts “C” Companys flag is at half staff in Bill’s honour. We hope that you can find some comfort in all of the memories you have of Bill and the fact that he has merely just crossed over to a better place.
Our Love to you all
Dale & Carol
