October 20, 1931 – August 8, 2023
at the age of 91 years:
Luella Rowena Schartner went home to her Saviour and to be reunited with her husband Bert on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at Mt. Ida Mews, Salmon Arm, BC.
Luella was born October 20,1931 at Greenfarm, Saskatchewan, the second oldest and first girl in a family of seven.
Luella was predeceased by her husband Bert, son Larry and daughter Terrie.
She is survived by her daughter Diane, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life for Luella will be held on August 15, 2023, at 1:00 pm at Cornerstone Christian Reformed Church, 1191 – 22nd Street, NE, Salmon Arm, BC, with Pastor Clarence Witten, officiating.
Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.
Worship the Lord with gladness;
come before him with joyful songs.
Know that the Lord is God.
It is he who made us, and we are his people,
the sheep of his pasture.

Although you were my mother-in-law, you were always ok with me calling you mom. I will miss you so much mom.
