Kent Martin Thomas Schneider was born in Calgary AB to Kenneth & Sharon Schneider.
Kent left behind two wonderful children, Breanne Westerhausen Schneider & Daniel Grimes. He is also survived by his mother, Sharon Schneider and his younger siblings, Mark (wife Linda) Schneider and Tami (husband Neal) Calkins and his many nieces and nephews.
He also leaves behind his Girlfriend Anika Moore and her two children, Bentley and Daisia.
Kent dedicated his life to family, especially his beloved daughter Bre who we all know that he will always be watching over. After his father’s passing, Kent moved home to Salmon Arm to look after his mother Sharon.
Kent took such pride in raising his incredible daughter Bre, they were the best of friends and shared a very special yet unique bond. Kent’s son came to him later in life, and though distanced he did the best he could to create memories with Daniel that will last.
Kent loved children more than anything, him being a big kid himself.
Prior to his passing, Kent hoped to spend all summer camping with his family and friends. Kent took it upon himself to make his last wish known… gathering the whole family together for a reunion. Although unable to attend himself, he made sure that his last gift would provide memories and laughter to last us a lifetime.
Kent’s contagious smile and down to earth soul impacted everyone he met in one way or another by drawing them in and filling them up with love. We will miss seeing his beautiful smile and he will be missed more than what words can express.
