My sympathy to all the family.
I was saddened to read of Helen’s passing.
I enjoyed a visit with Helen once or twice a year through Canvassing for ‘Cancer’ or ‘Heart and Stroke.’ We were ‘street neighbours’ and I regret I didn’t see her more often, like many who were friendly when I turned up at their door!
She was always so welcoming and I admired her feisty spirit. Even when I knew she was struggling with health issues she was always willing to chat at length.
A strong presence like Helen’s will certainly be missed by those who knew her.
