It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Darlene Williams on August 28, 2019.
Linda was born in Yellowknife, NWT on March 13, 1954. Linda lived in several places before settling in Salmon Arm. Linda could light up a room with her sense of humor and infectious laugh. She loved to bowl and play cards and was a champion at dice. Linda was especially close to her mother Martha whose unyielding love and care was paramount in Linda’s life. She was also very close to her brother Wes and sister Annette. Her memory will be cherished by all that knew her.
Linda was such a shining light. She truly lit up a room with her smile and laugher and her beautiful heart warmed mine. What a remarkable person…I miss her and will always carry memories of her with me.
Sincere Condolences to Martha and family on the loss of Linda.
I especially remember her warm hugs and happy spirit.
She was fun, we enjoyed many dice games, and was quick to tally our scores,
a tough competitor.
Happy memories of Linda I will hold dear.
